Terms of Use

1. About this platform

BabyDoge Quest Hub is a community project built by the Ashiro Mystery Guild for BabyDoge community members. It is not the official BabyDoge website and is not affiliated with any exchange, token issuer, or financial institution. The platform exists to make community quests and engagement easier, more transparent, and more fun.

2. Free to participate

Quest Hub is a free-to-earn platform. We never charge fees, take deposits, or ask you to send funds in order to participate, complete quests, or claim rewards. If anyone, including someone claiming to be on our team, asks you for money, tokens, a private key, or a seed phrase, treat it as a scam.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to receive token rewards.
• You must use Quest Hub in a country where participating in community reward programs is legal.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting to farm rewards is not allowed.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including your password and any linked email, Google, or Telegram account. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date. Sharing, selling, or transferring an account is not permitted.

5. Quests, TREATS, and rewards

• TREATS are community points used to track engagement. They have no monetary value on their own and are not a security.
• Top contributors on the leaderboard, Content of the Week, and similar awards may be rewarded in USDT or BUSD at the discretion of the official BabyDoge team.
• All payouts are reviewed and processed manually. Reward amounts, schedules, and rules can change at any time.
• Once your USDT or BUSD reward is credited to your Quest Hub balance, you may withdraw it to the wallet address you provide. Withdrawals are processed manually by the team.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, recycled, copied, or AI-spam content as proof of a quest.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate engagement or farm rewards.
• Create multiple accounts, share an account, or impersonate others.
• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates someone else's rights.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform or other users.

Breaking these rules may lead to removed submissions, frozen TREATS, forfeited rewards, or a permanent ban without prior notice.

7. Wallet addresses and withdrawals

You are fully responsible for the wallet address you submit. We cannot recover rewards sent to a wrong, lost, or incompatible address. Make sure the address supports the network used for the payout.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the content you submit (links, screenshots, posts). By submitting it, you grant the BabyDoge team and Quest Hub a non-exclusive license to view, store, share internally, and reference it in order to verify quests and showcase community work.

9. No financial advice

Nothing on Quest Hub is financial, investment, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

10. Service availability

Quest Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or that any specific quest or reward will remain available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Ashiro Mystery Guild and the BabyDoge team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quest Hub, including lost rewards, lost data, or missed opportunities.

12. Termination

You can stop using Quest Hub at any time. We can suspend or close any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harming the community.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The updated date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use Quest Hub after changes means you accept them.
