Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

BabyDoge Quest Hub is a community project built and maintained by the Ashiro Mystery Guild for the BabyDoge community. It is not the official BabyDoge website, and it does not represent any token, exchange, or financial product. Quest Hub exists only to make community engagement easier and more rewarding.

2. We never ask you for money

Quest Hub is completely free to use. We will never ask you to deposit funds, send tokens, pay a fee, share a private key, or connect a wallet for the purpose of paying us. If anyone asks you to do this in our name, it is a scam and you should report it.

3. Information you give us

To run the platform, we collect only what is necessary:

• Account info — your email address, optional display name, profile picture, and the social handles you choose to add (Twitter / X, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Quest submissions — links and screenshots you upload as proof for completing a quest.
• Wallet address — only when you request a withdrawal of USDT or BUSD rewards. We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

4. Information we collect automatically

• Basic technical data such as device type and approximate location, used to keep the service stable and secure.
• Sign-in events and TREATS balance changes, used to detect abuse and prevent reward farming.

5. How we use your data

Your data is used only to:

• Let you sign in and manage your profile.
• Review quest submissions and credit TREATS fairly.
• Process manual reward payouts requested by you.
• Improve quests, fix bugs, and prevent cheating or spam.

6. Who we share data with

Submission data and leaderboard results are shared with the official BabyDoge team members who host and fund the rewards, so they can verify activity and approve payouts. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

7. Third-party sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Telegram, those providers handle the authentication and share only your basic profile information with us (email, name, avatar, Telegram ID). Their own privacy policies apply to the data they hold.

8. Storage and security

Account data and submissions are stored on our managed database provider (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) with row-level security so each user can only access their own records. We use industry-standard encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in details private.

9. Your choices

• You can edit or remove your social handles and profile info at any time from your Profile page.
• You can request deletion of your account by contacting the team through the official BabyDoge community channels.
• You can stop using the platform at any moment — it is fully optional.

10. Children

Quest Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has created an account, please let us know so we can remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform grows. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Quest Hub after a change means you accept the updated version.
